We at Latitude are extremely proud of our success at Austin Lara. From the ground up Latitude worked with the developer (Austin Land) to appoint a full team of consultants who had the capabilities to create an enormous success from a land development that, at the time, was isolated from the Lara community. Whilst this was a disadvantage in some respects, we saw it as a massive advantage because it allowed us to use it as a blank canvas and create a better community. One that was not judged by surrounding developments. We have created a master planned masterpiece. With more that 100 sales since the commencement of January 2021, it is now judged by many as one of the finest in Victoria and certainly one of the fastest selling.
