Latitude Real Estate began as a family-owned boutique operation that was formed more than a decade ago by father and son, Bob and James Hand. Together they bring to the table over 60 years of experience in project marketing and continue to be involved with all services that Latitude have to offer.
In 2020 they added to their already strong line up with the addition of both George Papadopoullos and Adam Dobie as Directors who together bring immeasurable knowledge and value to the business.
Throughout the journey, the business has evolved and together with all business partners they have formed an impressive network within the real estate industry, nurturing the diverse experience and knowledge that Latitude has to offer. The directors continue to have an active role in the business and ensure their involvement from inception to completion of all projects.

Bob Hand
With more than three decades experience in project sales and marketing, Bob Hand is at the forefront of the real estate development industry. An innovator, Bob spent over twenty years at the helm of his previous company leading strategic development and growth, building what was to become Australia’s premier project marketing company. A powerful professional network and unmatched industry knowledge provides the foundation as Bob continues to deliver, adding to the ever-growing record number of sub-divisions completed during his career.
James Hand
A visionary in the industry, James Hand has worked in almost every facet of real estate. With a background in management, underscored by a passion for marketing, technology and innovation, James thrives by continually pushing the boundaries of possibility. James takes a direct approach to project management and sources the most creative outcomes to sales and marketing challenges. Part of a long standing family of property developers and real estate business owners, James delivers outstanding outcomes for his clients, time and time again.
George Papadopoullos
Having an expansive professional history in logistics management, financial planning, construction and project marketing, George has intentionally tailored his career path to gain knowledge in the fields he is passionate about, ultimately forming his role today as General Manager of Sales and Marketing. Responsible for Latitude Real Estate's retail marketing and sales, George implements key infrastructure to assist in targeted growth, produces and implements bespoke solutions for clients and manages the internal sales and marketing team.

Michael Lowe
Michael has vast experience in real estate sales and marketing. Honesty and a tireless work ethic define Michael’s approach to business. His past achievements include running a real estate company comprising 55 offices, transforming an under-performing business into an operation with the greatest growth for a major franchise group within Victoria and Tasmania.
Owen Tyas
Owen Tyas has extensive experience in the assessment and development of property in Victoria and Queensland. Originally a municipal valuer he transitioned into property development and more recently into real estate sales and acquisitions. Owen has held positions in a number of investment/development companies, including Industry Funds Management and New Urban. He is a specialist in financial modelling and project valuation. Having been responsible for the success of several award-winning residential developments including Hunt Club, which won the UDIA Excellence Award for Best Residential Development of 400 lots or more, he joined the Latitude Real Estate team with a view to facilitating transactions in the development sales space.
Gary Gunduz
Gary is a high performing, energetic, hands-on leader with over 18 years combined experience in Sales, Management and Operations within Australia’s Property Industry. Commercially astute, innovative, results oriented and has a proven track record of success. With a strong knowledge of residential construction coupled with a solid understanding of the Australian property market, Gary is a specialist in englobo land and development site sales, marketing and acquisitions. Gary possesses excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions and creates win/win outcomes for all stakeholders.
Wade Guo
Wade joins our company in a newly created position to assist in the growth of the business. Wade has diverse business skills across several industries, but more recently he has held a senior position within the development space, allowing a strong understanding of the property industry. Wade works closely with Latitude's directors Bob and James Hand using his wealth of knowledge and extensive business network to enhance and improve the outcomes for the group.

Nathan Donaldson
After graduating with a Bachelor of Design at Monash University, Nathan began his design career in print media becoming senior designer of a leading newspaper. With a passion for property, he worked with a leading volume builder and project development company before joining the team at Latitude Real Estate. Nathan has vast experience in launching development projects, from on-site display signage through to website design and presenting key strategic documents.
Gail Parkes
Gail is a fully licensed Estate Agent with expertise in contract administration, trust accounting and general administration. Gail has had in excess of 25 years experience working across all sectors of residential real estate, including property management, sales and admin.
Silvana Nave
With 19 years experience working across various facets of the Commercial Property industry, Silvana joins Latitude Real Estate as Marketing Coordinator & PA to our Director - Sales & Marketing. Silvana is enthusiastic and takes pride in delivering quality work, her meticulous and excellent time management skills guarantee the best results for any marketing project. Her extensive experience and commitment to the business ensures the streamlined running of the marketing business.
