I am asked every day by someone “how badly has your business been affected by the pandemic?” I feel guilty with my answer, we are doing great; I am amazed at the improvement in both medium density housing and land sales. Since the start of June, we have seen a massive increase in both enquiries and sales.
In addition to my son James, our general manager George and myself we have employed 2 additional team members to work out on site to back up and support our sales team. Our role is to work with all the old enquiries. It has proven to be a great time for contacting those on our databases, most people are home and happy to have someone to chat to – resulting in additional sales.
Recently I wrote 2 books, one for first time home buyers and the other for property investors. We have been sending complimentary copies to those on the database and this is also equating in additional sales. They are grateful to have something to read that is of interest to them in these days of being lockdown at home.
