Skylark Rise has been an enormous success
Latitude commenced selling on-site at Skylark Rise in April 2020. At the same time Covid restrictions commenced and there was no certainty where the market was heading. The sales for the first 18 months were all made online using video presentations along with online contracts. In April 2020, 400 square metre lots were selling for $265,000, the last 400 square metre lot was sold this month for a price of $364,000. A remarkable increase in such a short period, whilst selling out the entire project in just under 22 months.
